So tonight is the second night I am making myself go to the gym. The weird thing about it is that at one point in time I went religiously. Everynight (maybe a weekend day for rest), two hours in the gym, weights and then cardio. I was eating well and taking vitamins, protein, and everything else and saw excellent results, almost has a gleaming six pack and everything.
Now, while most people will say that I still look fine (some even say I look too skinny) I am mainly trying to start going again just because I don’t feel as good as I once did. I had tons of energy and felt awesome. It’s amazing what hormones and other body chemicals can do. So, yeah, I am trying to get that again. Damn work and my busy lifestyle.
