How many emails are sent each day?
Being that I send and receive an incredible amount of email a day I find this not surprising at all. I however don’t seem to most people to receive a bunch of email because I always have a clean and orderly inbox, but take my word for it, a full or sloppy inbox will drag you down… always. Keep it clean and act on the items you can or just file the others away as tasks for later. Seriously, you leave ANYTHING in your inbox and you make you work-flow harder on yourself.

This is why you need to STOP USING MYSPACE. Delete your accounts and get out while you can. They will just get worse and more constricting with their allegedly virus laden, spyware filled, crappy, wanna-be social networking site. Don’t stay there just cause your old friends are there. Take them with you.
You are only empowering them to continue to screw people by using it. Take your freinds elsewhere like to Facebook or better yet if you like music and what not Virb.

If you have been wondering where I have been (aka My New Toys)
If you have been wondering why I haven’t been posting alot to my website lately it is because I have been completely slammed with work. Last week I was out of town for training for Juniper Implementing NetScreen Security Gateways 5.1 training. This week I am in training again taking the SANS System Forenics, Investigation, and Response information security training. Yeah, six day course.
Anyway check out the new hotness below which is what I was in training for last week.
