My World II

The following picture is a capture I took of a training module for PSTN to VoIP for Voice Telecommunications Equipment. Now, what upsets me the most about the following pictures is not how ridiculous it is (Oh yes, it is pretty stupid) but that A) Someone actually drew this, and B) I actually understand it.

Awesomes! I got invited into the Gmail for your domain Beta

So, basically gmail is launching this service that works with their current Gmail except that now the email from my website (in this case, ryan at ryandavis.net) will forward into Gmail and I will be able to sign in and retrieve my mail there or use Gtalk the same way. Now that I got this and I am keeping it, pretty soon they will add SIP (VoIP technolgy) it will be the hottest thing around. I can’t wait.

Capitol Records Cripples Coldplay CD with DRM

You know what that means, no matter how much you like it, just don’t buy it or other CD’s like it. If you do you are jsut encouraging greedy anti-consumer behavior.

This is why you shouldn’t buy CD’s anymore…

This site is basically just a guy that created a application that helps add lyrics to songs. Now he has to take it down because even though he is doing nothing wrong they are threatening to sue him. So, ARE YOU GOING TO CONTINUE TO BE THE CUSTOMER WHO IS AT THE MERCY OF THE PEOPLE YOU BUY FROM?
